Memorial Services celebrating the life of Marie G. Sonnier will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 in the Chapel of Louisiana Funeral Services & Crematory, 108 Hardware Road Broussard, LA. The family will receive visitors beginning at 1pm. Religious services will begin at 4 pm with Chaplain Francis Fontenot.
Marie Sonnier entered eternal rest on the morning of April 21, 2016 at her residence in St. Martinville at the blessed age of 76. She will always be remembered as a good mother, sister and friend.
Ms. Sonnier is survived by one son Charlie Sonnier who cared for her needs until she entered the arms of Our Lord and Savior Jesus; one sister Julie Bigot. She also leaves a lasting legacy in the hearts of numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Marie Sonnier now reunites in her beautiful heavenly home with husband Dalton Sonnier; parents Clement Gary Sr. and Ava M. Gary; brothers Clement Gary Jr. and Dalton Gary and one step daughter Mary Sonnier.
